Agota is the founder of MAMAGORA, an association that supports mothers to enter or re-enter the workforce, connect, and co-work online and in the real world.

As a wife and mother of three Agota realized that “we as mothers need to connect with each other on a bigger scale to be able to use the synergies within our separate professional skills and capacities – all within the community of all the talented mothers in Switzerland.”

Agota will be sharing her insights as part of the Unsung Hero(in)es panel at Great Women Leaders on Dec. 8th.
